The Client
Little Fusspot provide strategies and courses designed to empower and equip parents of picky little eaters. Lead by clinical nutritionist and feeding therapist Nara-Beth Bonfiglio, they work with families to help children thrive and achieve the future they deserve.

 

The Challenge
Little Fusspot came to Pepebucks wanting to refresh their branding, web design and customer experience ahead of the launch of a new range of courses. They had refined their offering to better meet their customers’ needs, and needed to make sure they would strategically reach and engage their target audience.

The Strategy
To inspire confidence and enthusiasm in families worried about their kid’s health and wellbeing, we worked closely with Little Fusspots to develop a considered approach to build a brand that would hit all the right notes.

 

Over 4 weeks, we transformed Little Fusspot’s brand across all client touchpoints. We designed a new online experience, including Ebook and Webinar assets and funnels, introduced a set of unique illustrations, and refined the content delivery of the courses themselves.

 

To reduce the company’s internal workload where possible, we also optimised their website’s design and introduced a simple, self-manageable marketing strategy to minimise friction – though not at the cost of authentic, personal interaction.

With a completely revitalised brand experience, Little Fusspots were able to engage a new audience, re-energise their existing customer base and hit their course enrolment target.
